How to place a order
To place an order at our online store, follow these simple steps: 1. Browse our product selection and choose the items you wish to purchase. Click on each product for more details. 2. Once you've made your, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. 3. When you're ready to complete your purchase click on the cart icon and review your items. Make any necessary adjustments before clicking "Checkout." 4. Fill in your shipping information and payment details as prompted, then confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. Happy shopping!
How to track my order?
Any orders placed will appear on your account. You can also track any outstanding orders here.
To track your order:
Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password,Select ‘My Orders’ from the menu :

Return or Exchange
We're happy to give you a refund or exchange as long as you bought the item less than 14 days ago. Just make sure it's in a saleable condition with the tags attached and you have a valid receipt.
For hygiene reasons, you can't return underwear,, opened or unsealed health and beauty products, or swimwear where the hygiene seal isn't intact. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. You also can't return gift cards (including digital and third party gift cards).
We'll refund you using the original payment method. If you don't have the credit or debit card you used at the time, we can give you an exchange instead. We'll also give you an exchange if you have a gift receipt.
